Some of us got to do things on slavery, the women, etc. but I did the battles. I was the only girl, which I don’t understand. The battles are the most interesting! I’m in 8th grade and it’s due this Friday. I’m almost done but:
1. What should I say for the intro and conclusion to the essay because I’m stumped?
2. Is about 8 pages too long for a research paper? Battles (plus the technology and info about soldiers) are a lot to talk about, and I went into depth about the strategies and some “mistakes” the generals made. Also for the Battle of Harpers Ferry (Merrimack vs Monitor) I had to give some background info. And she didn’t give us a very specific structure.
3. Can you put little sub-headings? Like, before I start talking about a certain battle, can I put the name of it first on a different line?

May 10th, 2012So I’ve received a speeding ticket in CA and the violation code I received is 22349A.
I am going to plead not guilty and contest my citations in mail.
I am filling this packet called “Request for Trial by Written Declaration (TR-205)”
My question is, if I fail in pleading not guilty, will I still have the right to go to traffic school so this speeding ticket won’t affect my insurance adversely?
If so, what will the due date of attending to traffic school be? Is it going to be the due date of the ticket that I originally received or am I going to receive a new due date after I submit the written declaration?

But i think he found out because both my cousin and the guy have both been ignoring me. the guy gave me his number but i never messaged him but i am now because im trying to annoy him into telling me and if he deletes me off facebook i still have contact. Really Worried About Step Son?
April 30th, 2012My husband passed away a while ago, leaving behind his 16 years old son, Jack. Jack is like a son to me and I love him dearly. He has been living with us for the last 10 years before his father passed away. That’s when his mother come in and took custody of Jack against Jack’s will.
Now Jack is living with his mother, stepfather and four other children and he is always complaining about how much he hates it there. He does come by to visit once in a while, but it is so hard because he always beg to stay longer.
But tonight he just come into my house and surprised me. This really scare me because I live on Whidbey island and the only way to get here is either by ferry which Jack wouldn’t have the money for or driving about 50+ miles and Jack don’t have a car. So that mean he swam almost two miles across the water to get here!
I just told him that tomorrow I’m putting him on the first ferry back to mainland and that he was never here.
But I’m really worried. Is it even normal for a child to want to go through such degree just to get to other parents? Or is something really wrong?
